We are recruiting for a Relief Team Leader to assist the Area Manager in effectively managing the scheme and leading the team to provide high-quality support to service users, aligned with Inspire’s strategy. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain trusting, professional relationships with service users, supporting them empathetically.
* Contribute to a harmonious and therapeutic environment.
* Support service users in managing their physical health, mental health, and wellbeing through developing, implementing, and monitoring individual Care Plans.
* Work closely with statutory professionals, including Positive Behaviour Support and Intensive Behaviour Support Services, to ensure plans are delivered consistently and appropriately.
* Encourage the involvement of service users in decision-making and seek solutions to difficulties encountered.
Skills and Qualifications
* Willingness to work various shifts, including day shifts, sleep-over, night, evening, and weekends on a rota basis. Must possess a full current driving license and access to a car; business insurance is required.
* Professional qualification such as a Social Work qualification, registered or eligible for registration with NISCC; or a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Alternatively, a relevant degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Care) with registration eligibility, or NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification with registration eligibility.
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a social care setting.
* Proven experience in financial planning and managing monies.
* Experience liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies.
* Proven ability to motivate service users.
