Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to advance your career with one of the most respected financial recruitment firms in the North West? We're seeking a driven Senior Consultant to join our thriving Preston office.
The Role:
* Develop and maintain relationships with accounting & finance firms across the North West region
* Focus on permanent placements from newly qualified through to Partner level
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
* Build your own portfolio while working with an established client base
* Contribute to the team's growth strategy and mentor junior consultants
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in public practice recruitment, with at least 3 years' experience
* Strong network within the North West accounting & finance sector
* Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
* Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the accountancy market
* Self-motivated with a consultative approach to recruitment
