Essential criteria
* Minimum Childcare Level 2/BTEC equivalent is essential for this role.
* If Level 3 qualified, a minimum Level 2 qualification in English Language is also required.
* Childcare Experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

* Working with mangers to lead and supervise a team
* Providing an imaginative and creative programme of activities in a fun and safe environment.
* Being responsible for a wide range of activities, ensuring that children have an incredible and stimulating activity programme.
* Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are adhered to
* Creating and maintaining a happy, exciting, fun and secure experience for children
* Developing and maintain good relationships with children and parents

This is a full time permanent role of 40 hours a week based at our Fisherfield Derby Street Nursery in Heywood, OL10 4QJ. Fisherfield Childcare is a family-run business with nurseries across Greater Manchester, all of which have an Ofsted rating of Good. We have been providing first class education and childcare for the last 29 years, and are looking for someone special to join our dedicated and supportive team.
