You will need competent knowledge of Sage 200 or experience with Project Management/Costing systems, which would be an advantage.
Job Duties:
* Managing a team of three finance Administrators
* Preparation and issuance of fee/billing invoices, working closely with project managers to ensure details are correct prior to invoicing
* Processing timesheets and allocating them to the correct project
* Monitoring office expenditure and allocation of contract staff
* Maintaining the monthly outstanding debtors list
* Performing P&L forecasting and preparing monthly/annual reports with external auditors
* Fee forecasting
* Handling other generalist Finance Manager/Office Manager duties such as expenditure forecasting
* Month-end reporting for the board
The ideal candidate would have experience in a sector such as Construction, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Design, particularly with project costing software.
