Overview
Senior Theatre Practitioner (Orthopaedics) – Full time, 37.5 hours. The Yorkshire Clinic Private Hospital, Bingley. NMC/HCP registration and good experience in a similar role are required. You will join the Theatre Team and help ensure high standards of care for all patients throughout their perioperative phase.
Responsibilities
* Provide senior theatre support in orthopaedic procedures within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Collaborate with theatre staff, consultants and key stakeholders to deliver safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led care.
* Support the Quality agenda by monitoring standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services, and planning/implementing continuous improvements.
* Drive sustainable excellence in safety and quality of care and services.
Essential experience and qualifications
* ODP/RN qualification
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Sound computer skills and knowledge
* A registered member with the HCPC/NMC
