Responsibilities
* Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
* Complete induction at the start of the contract and receive training within the first week of work. Learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and understand what Atlas requires of you as a cleaning supervisor at our client's site.
* Provide a high standard of customer care through focus across different shift hours.
* Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
* Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
* Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
* Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
* Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will provide full preparation so you know what to look out for.
* Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications
* An attitude to thrive and prior cleaning experience.
* Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
* Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management team at the client site.
* Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
* A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
