Job Description
Within a defined geographical area, provide support and assist people to maintain their tenancy and live independently in their own accommodation, within a sheltered housing complex and as part of their local community.
The post will be covering mobile across the Buchan Area, and multiple schemes, and covering every second weekend from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Interviews will be held on Monday 14 July 2025.
This is a Fixed Term position for a period not exceeding 31 December 2025.

Requirements
This post involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. If an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will need to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the satisfactory outcome of these pre-employment checks.
This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
