Admin Support -Fixed Term Contract Location: Craigavon (Onsite, 5 Days per Week) Pilgrim's Europe Craigavon is recruiting for an Admin Support colleague to join our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate material specifications across our central system - ensuring information is correctly uploaded, validated, and kept up to date. What You'll Do Work closely with Specification Technologists to identify items needing upload Accurately input specification information into the online system Upload supporting documents and ensure all records are complete Update existing specifications when required Flag any validation errors or concerns Track and report progress on specification uploads What We're Looking For - Essential GCSE English (or equivalent) Strong computer skills, including Word & Excel Excellent attention to detail Ability to organise and prioritise workload Logical thinker with good initiative Desirable Experience working with specifications An interest in food manufacturing The company Pilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
