Day to Day
* Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
* Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
* Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accurate customer records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
