We are looking for an Employment Tax Director to support the growth and development of a practice in the accounting space. The client is offering a great path to Partnership for the right person.
The role drivers are to support and develop the internally aligned practices, e.g. Global Mobility and support effective partner firms in the legal space with their Employment tax issues. Target client profiles will cover large and very large employers with a focus on strategic challenges around volume employment and international hiring. This role will naturally tie into other core areas such as tax disputes and litigation, with internal and external partners.
The individual should be looking for independence, ability to deliver and grow their own practice while supporting on current work that is lost.
