Your new companyHays Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering exclusively and confidentially with a rapidly growing services group. With continued expansion and significant investment across the group, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a Finance Director role within one of their largest divisions. Your new roleAs Finance Director, you will lead the financial management, reporting and operational finance activities for the division. This is a hands‑on and commercially focused leadership role, partnering closely with the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities:* Lead month-end, financial reporting, financial controls and statutory * Act as a senior business partner to Partners and operational leaders* Develop financial reporting packs, KPIs and analysis for strategic decision-making* Support acquisition integration and alignment of financial processes* Manage budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles* Drive process improvements, automation and financial discipline* Lead, support and develop a small finance team What you'll need to succeed* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (ACA beneficial)* Strong experience in financial control, reporting and month-end ownership* Background in professional services* Experienced in managing and developing small finance teams* Confident, commercially minded and able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
