Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
* Work on lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting
* Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently
* Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations
* Accurately record work activities using a computerised maintenance management system
* Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
Requirements
* 17th or 18th Edition qualification
* Recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ / NVQ Level 3)
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
