A day in the life…
As Sales Manager, you will develop a commercial plan aligned with business objectives, outlining actions and strategies to position the hotel effectively. You will collaborate with the General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to ensure strategic alignment and continuous growth, maintaining the hotel’s competitiveness in the marketplace.
Based at Mercure York Fairfield Manor and covering Mercure Leeds Parkway, you will be part of a dedicated team of passionate professionals committed to excellence without overworking.
What do we need from you?
Successful candidates will have experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within hospitality. You should be comfortable discussing business performance and making strategic decisions at senior levels. This role requires collaboration with senior management and team development to maximize revenue opportunities.
