As our Early Years & Compliance Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind excellence across our nurseries - ensuring every setting not only meets but exceeds expectations in early years practice, safety, and family experience. This field-based role partners closely with our Operations and Nursery Leaders to champion high standards, raise quality, and secure outstanding outcomes for children across the group. Reports to : Director of Early Years What You’ll Do Champion Quality — embed the highest standards in early education, safeguarding, and customer experience Drive Compliance — support Ofsted readiness, lead quality audits, and ensure policies shine in practice Be the Expert — coach leaders, inspire teams, and role model excellence across every setting Lead With Impact — turn insight into action, introduce best practice, and fuel continuous improvement Shape Learning Futures — support the delivery of our Brighter Learning Approach and innovative enhancements including Forest School and Next Stop School Who You Are A highly experienced early years leader with a passion for quality and best practice Strong compliance and Ofsted knowledge, with experience supporting settings to Good or Outstanding A coach and mentor who inspires confidence, capability, and continuous improvement A confident communicator, strategic thinker, problem-solver, and change-maker Detail-driven, proactive, resilient and committed to putting children and families first What You’ll Bring Proven success in elevating quality and embedding impactful early years standards Expertise in audit, compliance and safeguarding An ability to lead, influence and energise teams A passion for innovation, excellence and making a meaningful difference Where You’ll Work This is a regional field-based role with flexibility to work from home when needed and travel across our nurseries. Attendance at our Theale Head Office and regional offices will be required.
