Job Description
The In-house Paralegal will be:
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating healthcare procurement contracts for high-value transactions
4. Coordinating with procurement, operations, and external parties to ensure smooth contract delivery
5. Supporting contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, and compliance tracking
6. Helping to develop and refine template contracts and streamline processes where possible
7. Maintaining accurate contract records, exercising discretion and legal confidentiality in all interactions
The Successful Applicant
The In-house Paralegal should be:
8. A paralegal or equivalent with 1+ year of commercial contract or procurement experience
9. Comfortable drafting and negotiating formal agreements for high-value deals
10. Pragmatic and detailed, with excellent organisational and communication skills
11. Proactive and collaborative, capable of engaging with non-legal teams like procurement
12. Adaptable, with keen attention to confidentiality and compliance in healthcare contexts
