You will: provide a link worker provision in schools to maximise the number of young people accessing the community services and the support they need deliver help and support to young people to make connections with their communities, improve their wellbeing build positive and reliable relationships and to learn career and life skills for achieving their goals identify themes and gaps in provision, listening to the needs and wants of young people, and using this to inform our provision of support based in school have proven experience of working with younger people in a range of settings is essential, as well as an ability to communicate and work effectively and safely with children and young people, especially those most at risk.
