Position
Personal Assistant
Location
At home and out in the community, including events as needed.
Hours of Work
3 hours per week.
Salary: £14.65 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Help with decluttering, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy home.
* Support with meal planning.
* Provide lifts to the supermarket and assist with food shopping.
* Help arranging and transport to appointments.
* Help accessing social activities and events.
* Help accessing cinema, theatre, galleries, museums, and gigs.

* Have a car and be able to drive (essential).

* Interest in arts, crafts, or creative hobbies.
* Experience in mental health or autism support (formal or informal).
About the Job
Though a part‑time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number. A trial period will be necessary. The wage will be paid monthly on return of a payslip. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro‑rata). A DBS check may be required at no expense to you. The placement is through Dewis Centre for Independent Living, who acts as an intermediary; the actual employer may be a third party.
