Key Responsibilities – Occupational Health Physician
* Deliver occupational health case management, including sickness absence reviews
* Conduct occupational health assessments (initial consultations and follow-ups)
* Provide expert advice on fitness for work, workplace adjustments, and employee wellbeing
* Produce detailed occupational health reports for employers and HR teams
* Support corporate occupational health programmes and client engagement
* Participate in clinical audit, peer review, and quality assurance
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements of the Occupational Health Physician
* MBBS or equivalent medical degree
* Full GMC registration with Licence to Practise
* Diploma in Occupational Medicine (DOccMed)
* Membership of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM)
* Proven experience in occupational health physician roles or corporate occupational health
* Strong communication skills with experience advising HR teams and employers
* Confident using telemedicine systems and electronic medical records
