You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of Motor Vehicle Engineering programmes, ensuring all teaching and assessment meet Awarding Body, Quality Assurance and industry standards, including health and safety requirements. As part of this growth role, you will contribute to the development of an innovative and responsive curriculum aligned to current and emerging industry practice, maintaining high-quality schemes of work, lesson plans, workshop activities and course documentation. Working within a collaborative team, you will engage in curriculum development, team and centre meetings, and wider activities such as open evenings, employer engagement and parents’ evenings. You will work closely with curriculum leaders, progress tutors, support staff and employers to support student recruitment, induction and progress monitoring.
