We're hiring a Communications Manager 12 month contractor basis to support high‐profile internal and external communications for senior executives within a global agrichemical organisation. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, HR and Corporate Communications, with real influence during a period of transformation.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting executive positioning for global leaders through town halls, social content, presentations and thought leadership
* Leading communications and change support for HR and Finance transformation initiatives
* Turning complex business and scientific topics into clear, engaging stories
* Creating high‐quality content: exec presentations, videos, posts, briefings and employee messages
* Collaborating across regions and functions to deliver joined‐up communications and engagement activity
* Supporting global virtual events and employee engagement programmes
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in communications, public affairs or agency roles
* Strong executive‐level writing and storytelling skills
* Confident stakeholder manager with excellent judgement and discretion
* Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, global and matrixed environment
* Experience in regulated, scientific or technical industries is a plus (not essential)
