Asset Surveyor/Commercial Property Manager – Cheshire – £45.00 per hour (Umbrella) A Cheshire-based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Interim Asset Surveyor to manage its diverse commercial property portfolio. This includes primarily small to medium-scale industrial properties, as well as several secondary retail and office sites. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the commercial estate to ensure timely collection of rent and service charges. * Oversee property repairs and maintenance, ensuring tenants comply with lease terms. * Develop and implement investment and management strategies for the portfolio. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, RICS, and property law requirements. * Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective property management services. * Support financial reporting, rent collection procedures, service charge management, and lease assignments.
