Working hours - Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm
Salary ranges from £30,000 - £35,000
Some of the duties will include:
First point of contact for vehicle related topics including breakdown, replacement and more
Working between the customer and relevant garage to discuss work that should be carried out on the vehicle
Dealing with breakdown providers and vehicle manufacturer after-sales customer service teams
Liaising with different dealerships
Working closely with internal teams
Keeping product knowledge up to date
Communicating with people of all levels professionally
Working well within a team environment as well as independently
The suitable candidate:
Previous experience within the automotive industry
Strong communication skills on all levels
Must be local to the Watford area as this will be office based for training
Able to work well within a team environment
Strong customer service ethic
Ability to work on own initiative
