Job Overview

Sessional Teacher Roles in Health & Social Care, Education and Early Years
Grade 3 – £27,254 – £33,699 pro rata, Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working hours per week are sessional.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated, suitably qualified, innovative, inspiring and engaging teachers who will work closely with the team to shape and create a vibrant curriculum offer that meets local needs, while ensuring the experience of every learner is the best that it can be.


Responsibilities

For Health and Social Care, we are looking for teachers who can deliver:

* Counselling L2 & L3
* Mentoring L1 & L2
* Supporting Teaching and Learning L2 & L3
* Early Years Educator L2 & L3

Teachers will be under the guidance of Programme Managers and the Head of Faculty, collaborating closely with the team to develop and refine a dynamic curriculum that aligns with local requirements while ensuring an optimal learning experience for every student. Additionally, there are opportunities for internal quality assurance work for the specified qualifications.


Qualifications

Health Care qualifications: Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care and Working in the Health Care Sector from Entry level up to Level 3.

The Personal Statement should outline how you meet the essential criteria for the role through your personal qualities, skills and experience and include your motivation for applying to the post. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be undertaken. Proof of Right to work in the UK will be required for all applicants in accordance with UK Home Office requirements, before any employment offer can be confirmed. Non-UK applicants (excluding Ireland) would be required to hold a relevant Visa from the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
