Customer Service Representative – London Heathrow
Salary up to £28k + overtime
Covering a rotating shift:
0600hrs to 1430hrs/0930hrs to 1800hrs
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused CSR to join our team at Volvo Truck and Bus in Hayes. This is a key role, acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.
What you will do
1. Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repair
2. Accurately capture customer requirements and raise job cards
3. Provide clear and regular updates on vehicle progress, costs, and completion times
4. Liaise closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
5. Prepare estimates, invoices, and explain work carried out to customers
6. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
7. Ensure all administrative tasks and records are completed accurately
8. Promote additional services and products where appropriate
Who are you?
9. Previous experience as a Service Advisor/CSR or in a similar automotive/commercial vehicle role
10. Strong customer service and communication skills
11. Good technical understanding of vehicles (HGV or PSV experience desirable)
12. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
13. Confident using IT systems and service management software
14. A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
