SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - NEW CROSS
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of London property. They are searching for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:
* Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads
* List properties from the existing database/network
* Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
* Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants
* Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords in order to successfully garner offers
* Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
* Building strong relationships with landlords, prospective tenants, existing tenants and colleagues
* Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth lettings process
* Managing the lettings process from offer to move in
Requirements of the role:
* 3+ years' experience working in central London
* ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
* A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
* Must be well spoken and well presented
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary budgets: £22,000 - £26,000 basic salary, £60,000 - £65,000 OTE + car allowance
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, alternate Saturdays 10am-4pm
