You’ll work closely with small groups and individuals, helping them re-engage with learning, build trust, and grow in confidence. What you’ll be doing: Supporting students aged 11–16 with social, emotional or behavioural needs Helping deliver a flexible and engaging curriculum Building strong relationships and promoting positive behaviour Working as part of a close-knit and supportive teamWho we’re looking for: Someone with experience working with disengaged or vulnerable young people (schools, youth work, care or similar) Calm, reliable, and confident managing behaviour Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference An understanding of safeguarding is essential – or a willingness to learn and complete safeguarding trainingSafeguarding and the welfare of young people is paramount in this role.
