The purpose of this role is to provide administration and project support to the Specialty Business Unit marketing function in executing marketing activities aligned with brand strategies and objectives.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Collaborate with Brand Managers to create, approve, and deploy marketing materials.
* Lead Prescribing Information (PI) changes, recall materials, liaise with graphic designers/agencies, and coordinate with printers.
* Ensure materials are in stock, manage re-stocking, and oversee recall processes.
* Organize virtual and traditional congresses and events.
* Manage financial reconciliation, track spend, raise purchase orders, and coordinate with finance and suppliers.
* Support data collection, such as field-force feedback, congress nominations, and KAM meetings.
* Coordinate agenda and minutes for brand team meetings.
Candidate criteria:
