The role
We’re on the lookout for a talented Mid-Senior Digital Product Designer to join the team. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital products and platforms, from early discovery and strategy to polished, production-ready interfaces. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, and help craft compelling brand identities and digital products that create value for businesses and their users.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and contribute to end-to-end product design, from discovery, ideation and prototyping to user testing and UI design.
Build and evolve digital brand identities that translate seamlessly across all touchpoints (web, social etc).
Design suitable, accessible and responsive interfaces for web and mobile apps.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and shape your design decisions.
Present your ideas with clarity, confidence and rationale to internal teams and client stakeholders.
Translate complex concepts and requirements into elegant and simple experiences.
What we need
4+ years of experience in digital product designer role.
A strong portfolio of digital UI, product design and brand development, showing the impact of your work.
* Confident across Figma, low or no-code tools and prototyping platforms.
* Experience running or supporting user research and usability testing.
* A solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
* A proactive attitude, with an eye for detail and a passion for solving real-world problems.
