Legal Secretary – Family Department LOCATION: Camberley, Surrey WORKTYPE: Full-Time, Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm SALARY: £30,000 - £32,000 (Depending on Experience) We are seeking a professional and proactive Legal Secretary to join our team in Camberley. This is a traditional office-based role supporting our Senior Partner in family law. While prior experience in family law is not required, a solid understanding of the area is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners within the family law department. Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence via digital dictation. Diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Preparing court bundles and legal documentation. Handling telephone calls and email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Filing, photocopying, scanning, and other general administrative duties. Liaising with clients and third parties in a courteous and confidential manner. Requirements Previous experience in a legal secretarial role (any legal discipline). Strong typing skills, particularly dictation typing. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and case management systems. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
