Lettings Negotiator – Experienced Bristol £30,000–£35,000 OTE Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Experienced Lettings Negotiators only – this role is not suitable for entry-level or trainee candidates Our client is a modern, forward-thinking Lettings & Property Management company that has built a strong reputation across the Bristol market over the past 7 years. They specialise exclusively in short-term, medium-term and long-term lettings, managing a busy and fast-growing portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their fun, friendly and energetic team. This is a target-driven, client-facing role offering strong earning potential and would suit someone confident managing the full lettings process from enquiry to move-in. The Role – Lettings Negotiator You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality lettings service while managing multiple instructions in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Marketing lettings properties and managing applicant enquiries Registering tenants and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Progressing tenancies through to successful move-in Generating and attending valuation appointments Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met Maintaining excellent customer service standards Acting as a professional brand ambassador at all times Supporting company events and wider business activity Key Requirements – Essential ⚠️ Applications without relevant lettings or estate agency experience will not be considered Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator or Estate Agency role Proven experience conducting viewings and negotiating offers Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to perform well in a target-driven environment Organised, proactive and able to manage pressure Motivated by commission and career progression Professional, reliable and team-oriented What’s on Offer £30,000–£35,000 realistic OTE Monday–Friday working hours Supportive, modern and energetic team culture Opportunity to join a growing and reputable lettings brand
