Our client, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery is looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting, with a balance of time spent in the room and supernumerary hours to lead, mentor, and manage. What You’ll Bring:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and model outstanding practice within the room
* Use supernumerary hours to complete management tasks and support team development
* Oversee the implementation of the EYFS and ensure consistent, high-quality provision
* Build trusted relationships with families and create a welcoming environment for all
* Monitor health, safety, and safeguarding across the setting
* Support ongoing staff training, appraisals, and reflective practice
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery’s practice and environment
