Location: Blackpool (with hybrid working available)

Salary: £26,227 basic + bonus (OTE £28,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Property Consultant to join a fast-paced asset management and property sales environment. You will manage and progress a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients across the UK, ensuring a high level of service at every stage.

What Youll Be Doing
* Managing a portfolio of properties in line with client service level agreements
* Acting as a key point of contact for corporate clients
* Liaising with third parties including solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents
* Reviewing reports and recommending solutions to progress property sales
* Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case updates
* Maintaining accurate, real-time updates across internal systems
* Ensuring all documentation and audit trails are completed to a high standard
