Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
* Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service
* Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices
* Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments
* Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
* To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience
* To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products

* Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
