The Role
1. As a key member of our underwriting team, you'll:
2. Underwrite and manage a diverse portfolio of Property & Casualty business, with a focus on profitable new opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong broker relationships across the region - you'll be the face of our trading strategy.
4. Use your market knowledge and data insight to help shape product innovation and pricing strategy.
5. Work closely with a collaborative team that values speed, smart decision-making, and accountability.
6. Play an active role in driving the MGA's continued growth and reputation for service excellence.
About You
7. You're commercially astute, confident, and love to trade. You'll bring:
8. Solid experience in Property & Casualty underwriting, ideally within UK regional or SME markets.
9. A strong trading mentality and genuine enthusiasm for building long-term broker partnerships.
10. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound underwriting judgment.
