RAC is on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Training Specialist & Quality Lead to join our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) Contact Centre Team at our iconic Bescot office in Walsall.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00. As an SMR Training Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our teams by delivering thorough training and coaching. Your mission? To provide comprehensive support, guiding colleagues through new processes, tools, and procedures.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the SMR Contact Centre Manager, you will act as a role model for RAC, displaying best practices in performance and behaviors.
What You’ll Need...
* CIPD / TAP Qualified (or working towards it) – a commitment to professional growth is key to success in this role.
* Experience in delivering classroom-based training within a regulated environment.
* A passion for coaching and developing others – you thrive on seeing people grow and succeed.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure you meet deadlines and keep everything running smoothly.
