Broadcast and live events are becoming increasingly cinematic. Log colour workflows, live grading, cinema cameras, virtual production and augmented reality are now embedded within sports, concerts and large-scale live productions. The company sits uniquely at this convergence. We are now launching a dedicated Broadcast & Live Production division. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to launch and lead a new revenue vertical with full autonomy and direct access to the Managing Director. Equity is available for the right candidate. Stage 1 – Prove the Model • Monetise existing wireless camera, comms and DIT capabilities within broadcast and live events • Generate revenue within 3 months • Build a £500k qualified pipeline within 12 months • Deliver sufficient gross profit to cover the role Stage 2 – Scale the Division • Establish repeat broadcast/event clients • Formalise pricing and service offerings • Influence inventory and investment decisions • Define required broadcast-specific expansion Stage 3 – Own the Vertical • Develop new revenue streams from broadcast-specific assets and services • Shape CAPEX strategy • Build and lead a commercial team • Position the company as a leader in cinematic live production Responsibilities • Identify and convert broadcast and live production opportunities • Leverage existing relationships to deliver immediate revenue • Drive rental of wireless camera systems and/or Riedel Bolero communications • Develop OB, sports, touring and live event clients • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities • Develop bespoke equipment and solutions • Recruit and grow a sales function Candidate Profile You are likely a senior commercial operator in: • Broadcast or wireless camera rental • Broadcast grade comms (Bolero / Clear Com) • OB technical rental • Live production technical supply You bring: • Strong relationships in broadcast and live production • Proven revenue generation track record • Ability to operate autonomously with commercial discipline • Understanding of the convergence between cinematic and broadcast workflows • Motivation driven by ownership rather than hierarchy Why Join This is not a corporate sales role.
