Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and direction to a team in the operational and commercial delivery of customer contracts, typically long-term, delivering services to assets or facilities, including production operations, maintenance, upgrades, and modifications.
2. Deliver operational, strategic management and support business growth by ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
3. Maximize customer relationships and commercial returns through contract extensions and renewals.
4. Address strategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational, and personnel challenges impacting customer service and performance.
5. Maintain operational integrity and track/report performance metrics for continuous improvement.
6. Lead and coach the contract team, developing capabilities, fostering engagement, and supporting career progression.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Scientific Discipline, or related technical field, or a relevant business degree with significant technical experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Successful delivery experience within relevant industry sector.
* Broad industry understanding and networking capabilities.
* Customer and contractor-facing communication and negotiation skills.
