Position:
Great opportunity to join our Inventory & Analytics Team as a
Stock Control Administrator
. This role focuses on accuracy of stock information in the system and is crucial to support the work of the stock control team. The role requires a high level of system knowledge and good time management skills to ensure deadlines are hit. The role requires a level of autonomy to work at a consistent level with good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities of the Stock Control Administrator (including but not limited to):
* Daily maintenance of stock reports; actioning as required, always ensuring correct stock data in the system to enable accurate decisions to be made
* Full responsibility for the coordination of the SMS process - Create Commercial Invoices, book in stock, raise purchase invoices and invoice all direct from factory sample sales orders, filing all export paperwork and updating distributors with shipping and packing list information
* Processing invoices and credits and returns for samples
* The completion of sleeping reservations and FTS information, ensuring FTS in all locations
* The preparation of monthly transfer information, ensuring correct information has been requested Monitoring location of stock against demand requirements and preparing repositioning data
* Assist the Stock Controller with reservations as and when necessary
* Assist the commercial team with any reservation troubleshooting
* Liaising with Equip Operations and external logistic providers to problem solve any delivery exceptions
Requirements:
To join us you must have:
Essential
* Previous experience in a similar analytical administrative position
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines while simultaneously handling multiple projects and priorities
* An exceptional level of attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* A high level of IT competency across the full MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
Desirable
* Experience of using an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision/Business Central
