Your duties and responsibilities will be: Working and supporting on high quality design projects Liasing and consulting with clients and working on the design development and technical detailing Ensuring compliance with regulations Managing a project from concept to completion Navigating planning applications and managing budgets Providing multi-discipline supportYou will have the following qualifications & experience: Be an ARB/ RIBA chartered Architect or Technologist Ideally have experience in Education/ healthcare/ manufacturing/ commercial design sectors Be proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD It’s great if you also have the following: Strong stakeholder management skills A customer centric approach Strong written and verbal communication style Based and already working in the UK, able to work out of the office based just outside of Preston The setting for the role: You will be part of a collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment that values the customer at the heart of everything they do.
