Benefits Competitive salary dependent on experience Career progression opportunities within a growing practice Ongoing professional development and training support Supportive and collaborative working environment Exposure to a diverse and interesting client portfolio Company pension scheme Generous holiday allowance Modern systems and processes The Role Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients Preparing and reviewing Self-Assessment Tax Returns Preparing and reviewing Corporation Tax Returns Completing P11Ds and employment-related tax filings Monitoring tax compliance deadlines and ensuring timely submissions Responding to client queries and providing a high level of client service Conducting tax research and resolving technical tax matters Reviewing work completed by junior staff members Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of trainees and junior team members Assisting with the improvement and development of internal processes and procedures Requirements Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualification, or be qualified by experience Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage multiple deadlines and client expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive and professional approach to client service The ability to work both independently and as part of a team To apply, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
