Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner (2+ Years’ Experience)
Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + £12–15K Bonus
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, fast-growing conveyancing firm looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload and wants to join a supportive business with a clear progression pathway and a genuinely achievable bonus scheme.
You’ll handle a varied caseload with strong operational support, modern systems, aand flexibility around hybrid working.
The role will include:
* Managing a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
* Handling matters from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors throughout
* Reviewing searches and dealing with enquiries
* Preparing contract packs and managing exchange and completion
* Keeping files compliant with SLAs and regulatory requirement
We are looking for someone with at least two years’ conveyancing experience managing their own caseload, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of client service and communicates confidently with both clients and third parties. You should be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and comfortable working to KPIs and monthly targets within a structured, performance-focused environment.
