Partnerships Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 + Commission + Benefits
Location: Hybrid (Office 2 days (Hull) + Travel / Home Working)

Day to day requirements of a Partnerships Manager:
* Driving new business through cold calling, outreach and networking
* Setting up meetings for yourself and senior leadership
* Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to contracts and agreements
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Working across two exciting business areas, including sports partnerships and unique football travel experiences
* Building partnerships with sports clubs across the UK and internationally
* Acting as the bridge between companies and clubs, negotiating exciting deals
* Attending games, networking events and social occasions
* Developing long-term relationships in an industry you genuinely love
* You’ll also be involved in a growing concept focused on football away days and stadium experiences, with opportunities to engage with clubs across Europe
Skills required of a Partnership Manager:
* A genuine passion for sport, especially football
* Confidence to pick up the phone and generate new business
* Someone driven, energetic and motivated by results
* Comfortable with travel across the UK and occasionally overseas
* Someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in social environments
* Must hold a full UK driving licence
* Agency or sports industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
