Our client, a leading multi-brand fashion business, is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their growing People team.
This is a genuine strategic partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-quality operational and strategic people support across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and ensuring people practices are compliant, consistent, and aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders and managers to align people strategies with business and commercial goals
* Lead employee relations cases, providing pragmatic, legally compliant, and coaching-led advice
* Develop and deliver departmental people plans, including talent mapping and succession planning
* Manage and develop a People Assistant while overseeing core people processes
* Collaborate with Talent, Learning & Development, and wider business teams on recruitment, development, engagement, and workforce planning
* Lead key people initiatives, including compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and people analytics

* An experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise
* A trusted advisor with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills
* Commercially minded, with the ability to balance business needs and a people-first approach
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment
