Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: United Kingdom – Remote
£75,000 + Bonus (DoE)
A scaling business who are market-leaders in their field have recently undergone a digital transformation with Salesforce now their central platform. As they embark on an exciting journey to ensure continuous enhancement and innovations, they’re looking for a seasoned salesforce developer to work closely with the CTO and team and support the wider group with onboarding and utilising Salesforce.
This is a key role to drive the digital strategy forwards so looking for someone with a passion for problem solving and ability to take lead and initiative as they continue to enhance their org with new features including FSL & AI.
Responsibilities include ongoing salesforce development with Apex, LWC and flows, system integrations / 3rd party applications, user support and training, data quality management and other duties.
They promote a flexible, dynamic and people-first nature offering 100% remote working but do have an office space in London you can use anytime.
As they continue to scale, there is room to grow within your role and step into technical lead and even architecture positions fully supported by the CTO and company resources.
Requirements include:
* 3+ years hands on salesforce development experience
* Core cloud experience (Additional clouds - Bonus!)
* Strong hands on with Apex, LWC and integrations
* Confident communicator with stakeholders
* PDI Certified (PDII – Bonus)
* Full right to work in the UK
* Self-motivator and excellent problem solving skills
* Skilled with data modelling and architecture
