Lead day-to-day operations of home care services Inspire and build a support care team Ensure top-tier care that meets all regulatory standards Grow and shape a thriving service in domiciliary home care services
What youll bring: Experience in care management and team leadership Strong communication and organisation skills Commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centred care Have a Level 5 Registered Manager experience in Domiciliary Care or similar Robust CQC Knowledge and experience Registered Manager to manage our home care service. If you have excellent knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements, strong communication skills and experience managing staff we'd like to hear from you.
