Your role as Credit Controller at Direct365 will involve: Making / taking calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears Resolving sometimes complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers Collecting aged debt, and taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages Responding to calls in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at Direct365 will have: More than 2 years experience as a Credit Controller Experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills A strong focus with the ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment This is purely a
Credit Control role
so requires experience in volume cash collection calls Youll need to be organised, focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced business Ideally, we are looking for someone who can drive to our offices with their own transport.
