Description Performance Manager – Grounds Maintenance Permanent Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Location: Billesley Depot About the Role We are offering an exciting, full time position for a motivated and capable individual to take on the role of Performance Manager within our Grounds Maintenance service. This is a key operational leadership role, providing day-to-day direction and first-level management to a dedicated team delivering essential grounds maintenance services across the district. You will play a vital role in ensuring our outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard, supporting team performance, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and effective working environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership and daily direction to the grounds maintenance team. Support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services in line with performance targets. Monitor team outputs and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting staff development and wellbeing.
