We’re partnering with a high growth, private equity backed business at a pivotal stage of its journey. With strong momentum and ambitious plans ahead, the business is now looking to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance to sit at the heart of decision making and help shape the next phase of growth.
This is a senior, visible role and ideal for a polished, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with non finance leaders and influencing outcomes.
The Role
You will act as a strategic business partner to the wider leadership team, providing insight, challenge and clarity across performance, growth initiatives and investment decisions.
Key responsibilities include
* Leading commercial finance across the business, driving insight rather than reporting for reporting’s sake
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, sales and leadership to support decision making
* Owning budgeting, forecasting and long range planning in a fast moving environment
* Building robust commercial models to support growth, investment cases and value creation
* Improving commercial disciplines, KPIs and performance visibility across the business
* Developing and mentoring a small, high calibre commercial finance team
