Make a Difference Every Day – Support Students in Bicester
We’re currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational team in Bicester. This is a temporary, term-time role, perfect for someone looking to make a real impact while working Monday to Friday – with no weekend shifts.
You’ll be supporting students both in the classroom and the wider community, helping to deliver personalised learning plans and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students one-on-one or in small groups across a variety of lessons
* Help with assignments, exam preparation, and homework
* Contribute to setting and reviewing individual learning targets
* Implement tailored interventions and learning strategies
* Assist with classroom activities and off-site learning
* Act as a key worker for selected pupils
* Help with lunch and break cover duties
* Promote and uphold safeguarding and student wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths – grade C/4 or higher
* Experience working in education, youth work, or community support
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience supporting autistic students
* Confidence in supporting STEM subjects
