As Lead Learning Manager, you will support learning using data, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximise attainment. You will manage our team of Learning Managers, working closely with the Inclusion Team and Vice Principal, Deep Support, on intervention strategies to promote academic achievement. Your role will ensure effective intervention and tracking via the school’s “Praising Stars” system. You will attend case conferences and meetings regarding students, prepare referrals, and report on students needing intervention.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, capable of prioritizing work, and meeting strict deadlines. The ability to work independently, lead by example, and handle students, parents, and outside agencies professionally, promptly, and confidentially is essential.
